“Chairman’s Message”
The group, which today has a global employee count in excess of eight hundred with a presence in three continents across the world, started from very humble beginnings in my living room more than twelve years ago. At the time, I didn’t know where this journey was going to take me; all I knew was that the progress of humanity throughout history was determined by great entrepreneurs who integrated their ventures with responsible capitalism.
Entrepreneurship, in its true essence, is the process of solving problems. From Henry Ford to Steve Jobs, great entrepreneurs saw the world differently; they saw gaps and those gaps were opportunities that they filled with innovation, enabling humanity to be more connected, more secure, and more efficient.
On my journey I have seen highs and lows and what the experience has taught me is that with the right moral compass and perseverance built into your entrepreneurial DNA there is no challenge that cannot be overcome. There is no greater power in the world than a woman or man determined to create change, however no single person can persevere at any significant challenge alone, there needs to be a team with a united vision and direction.
I have been lucky over the years to have some of the world’s most seasoned professionals join me, including nine family members, who create the nucleus and driving force of our group, which reminds me of a great quote by Sir Isaac Newton:
“If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants”.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the stakeholders within the group and our companies, starting from our customers who have believed in our vision, to third-party contractors who work with us on our drive for excellence. Without you, none of this would be possible.
The past years have been a tremendous journey, and I look forward to the next decade, where we will continue to build on our foundations as a leading real estate-focused global business group, with our core principles of customer-centricity, creating value, innovation, and excellence at the heart of everything we do.
